Big XII Association of Diversity
Officers in Higher Education

The Association serves as a central network and resource that (1) elevates and affirms the significance of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts on in higher (2) facilitates mentorship and professional development for current and aspiring diversity officers and (3) provides a forum for dialogue, shared best practices and cross-institutional collaborations among its core members and others engaged in the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion among members.  The Association welcomes member higher education institutions from beyond the Big XII Athletic Conference.​
