MEMBERSHIP
The Big XII Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education is a chapter of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE). Its core membership consists of faculty and professional staff that are engaged in the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion at higher education institutions in the Big XII Athletic Conference.
The Association welcomes faculty and staff from two-year and four-year institutions of higher education beyond the Big XII Athletic Conference and meets once annually at conference sites that rotate among the Big XII institutions.
